Antony King started AKAM after years working with service providers in some of the most complex, high-security environments across the country. Over time, he saw the same issues coming up again and again - confusion, overcomplicated systems, and a real need for clearer, more practical asset strategies.
Ant began his career as a mechanical fitter, working hands-on in operations and maintenance. He later moved into engineering and asset management, giving him a rare mix of technical expertise and real-world understanding. He knows the difference between what works in theory - and what actually works on the ground.
That’s what AKAM is built on: cutting through the noise to deliver smart, straightforward solutions that actually help.
Today, Ant partners with councils, government teams, facility managers and asset-heavy organisations to help them better understand, plan for, and manage the infrastructure they rely on every day.
